Zone 50 Engineering Surveys is your engineering surveying company. We have over 24 years of experience across the construction, mining, infrastructure and agriculture industries whilst specialising in civil, earthworks, structural, mechanical, process plant and rail surveying.
Who are We?
Zone 50 Engineering Surveys founding surveyor, Tim Fowler, commenced surveying during his later high school years, where he performed the duties of surveyor’s assistant for a family Surveying Business. It was here that Tim developed a sense of loyalty to the work at hand and commitment to customer requirements.
After graduating from Curtin University, with an Honors Degree in Surveying, Tim has enjoyed a successful career in the construction industry having further developed his skills which enabled advancement of project roles from Surveyor to Survey Manager and then branched off into roles including Civil Superintendent and Civil Construction Manager.
It is Tim’s unique career progression and advancement of experience and management skills that gives Zone 50 Engineering Surveys a unique offering with respect to an understanding of the project life cycle well beyond simply performing a surveying task well.
This special experience offering has seen Tim become involved with highly technical mechanical refurbishment projects and multi discipline construction projects in an audit and advisory capacity along with executing high precision, schedule critical surveys himself, safely and achieving quality outcomes.

What Areas Do We Service?
Zone 50 Engineering Surveys is based in Kewdale, Perth.
We currently service the Perth Metro, South West and Wheat Belt Regions of Western Australia.
Zone 50 Engineering Surveys collaborates with Fowler Surveys who are based in the Ferguson/Bunbury region where we have access to accommodation and office facilities to support projects in the South West region.
